Senior housing community consisting of three 4-story residential low-rise buildings with assisted living, memory care, 55+ apartment buildings, and 7 independent senior cottages. The 466,920 sqft project included amenities such as a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, salon, casual and formal dining, medical support services, mini golf, pickleball court, event lawn and event pavilion, private dining pavilion, community pet park and gardens. Full lighting design scope for all areas of the project. 2019 Title 24 compliant. Under Construction. Designed while employed at Rushing.

4-story existing residential building for seniors. Lighting scope included redesign and re-lighting of exterior port cochere, fitness, salon, formal 3-meal dining room, spiritual room, amenity lobby, retail, medical lobby and support spaces, private offices, and conference rooms. Two 4-story residential buildings with 41 condo-style villas, and 50 traditional apartment units for independent seniors. Lighting scope included exterior, hardscape and landscape, lobbies, amenities, lounges, multipurpose theatre space, corridors, restrooms, casual dining, café, in unit lighting, and all FOH support spaces.
